Who we are

What we collect
- Website enquiries. Name, work email, company and anything you write in the demo form. Lawful basis: legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
- Newsletter. Email address only, on consent, revocable in one click from any email we send.
- Product interactions. When someone taps a connected product, Tonik processes interaction data on behalf of the brand that owns the product. In that relationship Tonik is the processor and the brand is the controller.
Where it lives
Data is stored in the EU. Access is limited to the people who need it, protected by row-level security policies and audited. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertising networks.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing. Write to us and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.
