Using this site
This website is provided for information about Tonik’s products and services. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.
Your account
Access to the Tonik platform is governed by the master services agreement signed between Tonik ApS and the customer organisation. Where the two conflict, that agreement takes precedence over these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the service, access data you are not authorised to access, or use Tonik to distribute unlawful content or infringe someone else’s rights.
Liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, the site is provided as-is without warranties.
Governing law
Danish law applies, and the courts of Denmark have exclusive jurisdiction.
